Tomatina

The big trucks roll along the bumpy cobbled roads down into the village of Bunol near Valencia. There are no spectators in this festival, everyone is a participant. Take aim and fire. Swish, swash, slop – the target is hit. Now it is time to duck and hide. Trucks roll out, water hoses come out to spray everything down, and then the party begins.
