“From Valencia With Design” Exhibition

Modern Marriage Cracks Progress Charlies Progress and Contemporary Street Alphabet artist books by Fernando Feijoo have recently been selected for the “From Valencia with Design” in collaboration with Rafa Armero as designer of the Fernando Feijoo website.

(FVWD) is a great opportunity to see the most international examples of Valencian design. Jointly organised by the Valencian Community Designers’ Association (ADCV, www.adcv.com) and Las Naves-Espacio de Creación Contemporánea, the show will travel internationally. Its first stop is Valencia where you can visit it until May 25.

The exhibition includes projects commissioned by foreign companies to designers and design studios from Valencia, all of them members of the Designers’ Association.

Opening on March 7 at Las Naves (Juan Verdeguer, 16), the show also includes the international awards earned by Valencian designers.

I recently went to visit the Grayson Perry exhibition which was very inspiring and insightfull to see different ways in which this artist uses a wide range of medium.

I went along to the FPBA book fair in oxford this weekend and was impressed to see a greater selection of creative small press publishing this year. Here are a few photos from the book fair.
